Předmětem projektu je rehabilitace a obnova chátrajících a dnes vůbec nebo nevhodně využitých přízemních, suterénních a sklepních prostor Císařského paláce a východní části Purkrabství NKP hradu Karlštejn. Tyto nové prostory se veřejnosti zpřístupní otevřením nových expozic, konáním akcí ve víceúčelovém sálu a na zahradě na parkánu. Předmětem je také vybudování nových sítí a moderního návštěvnického centra a zabezpečení památky. To vše jako zásadní krok ve smyslu koncepce obnovy hradu. (Czech)
