Cílem projektu je vzdělávat zaměstnance a pracovníky na dohodu o pracovní činnosti žadatele. Vzdělávání bude probíhat v oblastech měkkých a manažerských dovednostech. Do projektu budou zapojeni zaměstnanci a pracovníci na DPČ starší 54 let . Cílem vzdělávání je zvýšit kvalifikaci , zvýšit profesní dovednosti a znalosti účastníků v této oblasti . (Czech)
