Projekt řeší aktuálně nevyhovující úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců na THP pozicích. Vymezená skupina osob do projektu je pro společnost SALTEK s.r.o. klíčová. Příčiny problému jsou v nedostatečných zdrojích zaměstnavatele na průběžné vzdělávání zaměstnanců a na podporu moderních systémů řízení lidských zdrojů.Cílem projektu společnosti SALTEK s.r.o. je zvýšení úrovně kompetencí pracovníků.
