Společnost SVITAP J. H. J. spol. s r.o. na základě interní analýzy zjistila nedostatky v kvalifikaci svých zaměstnanců a v rámci projektu Podnikové vzdělávání zaměstnanců by tímto ráda doplnila vzdělání vybraných klíčových zaměstnanců. Jedná se o vedoucí zaměstnance a pracovníky ve službách, kterým byla nabídnuta možnost proškolení v měkkých a manažerských dovednostech. Proškolením dojde ke zvýšení úrovně znalostí, dovedností a rozšíření kompetencí vybraných zaměstnanců. (Czech)
