Předmětem projektu je kompletní vzdělávací program pro společnost žadatele - rejman logistics, s.r.o. Projekt obsahuje kurzy měkkých dovedností, IT obecné kurzy, technické kurzy, ekonomicko-právní kurzy i interní vzdělávání. Vše je připraveno na míru různým profesím uvnitř společnosti. Celkem se projektu zúčastní 62 vlastních zaměstnanců žadatele, z toho 12 z nich bude starších 54 let. Všichni účastníci dosáhnout podpory ve formě školení v rozsahu větším, než 40 hodin za projekt.
