    summary
    Hlavním cílem projektu je udržení a vylepšení odborné kvalifikace zaměstnanců, upevnění jejich pozic ve firmě i na trhu práce. Projekt si dává za cíl zvýšit odbornou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a návyků pracovníků ve společnosti SHM na základě identifikovaných potřeb jednotlivých zaměstnanců. Propojením externího a interního vzdělávání zefektivníme rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, prostřednictvím interních lektorů podpoříme předávání informací a sdílení znalostí a dovedností napříč firmou.
