Projekt řeší vytvoření základního koncepčního materiálu, který navrhne hlavní zásady prostorového uspořádání a funkčního využití systému veřejných prostranství a stane se podkladem pro následné podrobnější ÚSVP vybraných lokalit. Předmětem řešení je zejména stanovení charakteru a významu jednotlivých veřejných prostranství ve struktuře sídla a implementace zásad dopravního zklidňování. (Czech)
