    Projekt předkládá společnost MediaCall, s.r.o., která se zabývá prodejem energetických, bankovních a telekomunikačních služeb po telefonu. Projekt řeší vzdělávání pracovníků ve službách a prodeji (CZ-ISCO kategorie 5) zejména prodejců po telefonu s cílem přispět ke zvýšení jejich zejména obchodních a jiných měkkých znalostí a dovedností a přispět tak k efektivnějšímu fungování společnosti, stabilizaci pracovního týmu a posílit tak značku společnosti na trhu.     The project is presented by MediaCall, s.r.o., which deals with the sale of energy, banking and telecommunication services by telephone. The project addresses the training of employees in services and sales (CZ-ISCO category 5) especially for telephone vendors in order to contribute to increasing their especially business and other soft knowledge and skills, thus contributing to a more efficient functioning of the company, stabilising the work team and thus strengthening the company’s brand on the market.
