Předmětem projektu je pořízení hardwaru a softwaru pro doplnění nových funkcionalit IS pro podporu provozních činnosti města Rýmařova a pořízení systému elektronických formulářů pro úplné elektronické podání. Předkládaný projektový záměr je koncipován tak, aby jeho realizací byly agendy vykonávané MěÚ podpořeny moderními prvky ICT a to s potenciálem zvýšení kvality poskytovaných veřejných služeb při dodržování principů 3E: hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti.
