Cílem projektu je zvýšení úrovně dovedností a kompetencí 59ti prodejcům, manažerům prodeje a řídícím pracovníkům v rozrůstající se společnosti.Program projektu jde ruku v ruce s vývojem trhu, technologickým pokrokem, narůstající konkurencí a rozsahem i kvalitou poskytovaných služeb.V rámci projektu budou realizována školení na 2 úrovních:- úroveň I. - vzdělávací program pro nově příchozí zaměstnance.- úroveň II. - školení měkkých a manažerských dovedností pro stávající zaměstnance.
