Cílem projektu je poskytnout odborné znalosti zaměstnancům na vedoucích a administrativních pozicích. Věříme, že získání nových poznatků a možností v oblasti řízení prodeje a poskytování služeb může zvýšit efektivitu práce a podpořit rozvoj společnosti. Přínos projektu spatřujeme nejen ve spokojenosti zaměstnanců, ale i zákazníkům. (Czech)
