Předmětem projektu je realizace plošného monitorovacího telematického systému, který bude poskytovat NDIC v reálném čase aktuální přehled o dopravní situaci na strategické síti komunikací TEN-T, přirozených možných náhradních trasách a městských regionech. Plošný monitorovací telematický systém zpracovává data z plovoucích vozidel. Integrací do NDIC bude zajištěna distribuce informací účastníkům provozu všemi dostupnými distribučními kanály NDIC.
