    Projekt je zaměřen na komplexní vzdělávání zaměstanců společnosti Hansen Elextric. Součástí projekty jsou dílčí vzdělávací aktivity, které jsou připraveny pro 161 zaměstnanců. U těchto zaměstnanců dojde ke zlepšení jejich pracovních dovedností a zvýší se kompetence pro výkon profese daného účastníka vzdělávání. Úspěšné absolvování všech vzdělávacích aktivit bude přínosem také pro zaměstnavatele, který se pohybuje v komplikovaném oboru těžebního průmyslu a získá další možnosti v nových zakázkách (Czech)
