V návaznosti na školení, která poskytujeme svým zaměstnancům a která jsou dána především legislativou, jim nyní cheme poskytnout mnohem rozsáhlejší a systematičtější rozvoj tak, aby byl ku prospěchu jak jim, tak firmě. Lidé si zvýší kvalifikaci a to povede k tomu, že firma zvýší obrat a počty odběratelů. Rovněž si od projektu slibujeme to, že stávající zákazníky uděláme více loajální a budou se k nám ochotněji a častěji vracet. (Czech)

Following the training we provide to our employees, which are mainly given by legislation, we now want to provide them with much more extensive and systematic development to benefit both them and the company. People will increase their qualifications and this will lead to the company increasing turnover and number of subscribers. We also expect from the project that we will make existing customers more loyal and will return to us more willingly and more often. (English)
