Projekt vychází ze Strategického rámce rozvoje eGovernmentu 2014+ a strategie Smart Administration. Rozvíjí služby eGovernmentu MěÚ Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, připravuje podmínky pro sdílení dat s organizacemi města. Bude doplněna technologická infrastruktura, bezpečné sdílení dokumentů, možnost základní manažerské kontroly hospodaření společným datovým skladem, prvky pro elektronické zpracování agend a posílení transparentnosti řízení a hospodaření města, zkvalitnění informovanosti občanů.
