Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je modernizovat informační systém města Kraslice prostřednictvím rozvoje informačního společenství města, tedy vytvořit lepší prostředí pro komunikaci občanů a organizací ve městě s úřadem. Rovněž projekt předpokládá zavedení maximálního počtu samoobslužných elektronizovaných procesů, které přispějí k významnému snížení administrativního zatížení nejen zaměstnanců úřadu, ale také jeho zákazníků.
