Cílem projektu je zpracování návrhu nového územního plánu města Varnsdorf připraveného pro veřejné projednání. Nový územní plán má nahradit stávající dokumentaci a to z důvodu aktualizace využívání zastavěného území, posílení dlouhodobé udržitelnosti územního rozvoje. Dále budou do nového územního územní zapracovány požadavky nové právní úpravy v oblasti územního plánování. Územní plán bude zpracován pro rozsah katastrálního území Varnsdorf a Studánka u Rumburku.
