Náplní projektu je realizace vzdělávacích aktivit dle komplexního vzdělávacího plánu, jehož cílem je zvýšení úrovně potřebných odborných znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků, napříč společností FLORSTYL, s.r.o. a jeho dlouholetých partnerů, společnosti STAVBY VANTO, s.r.o. a společnosti VANTO NATURAL STONES, s.r.o.
