Cílem předkládaného projektu je rozvoj kvalifikační úrovně a kompetencí zaměstnanců firmy BENEKOVterm s.r.o. a rozvoj lidských zdrojů s využitím inovativních přístupů zvyšováním kompetencí zaměstnanců v oblasti odborného vzdělávání a klíčových dovedností.Realizací projektu dojde mj. ke zvýšení potenciálu zaměstnanců a zlepšení jejich uplatnění na trhu práce.Projektu se zúčastní 90 osob všech kategorií zaměstnanců ze všech profesí zastoupených v organizaci včetně 12 osob se statusem 54+.
