Projekt je zaměřen zejména na vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu nemocnice, ale do projektu jsou zahrnuti i řídící a administrativní pracovníci, kteří absolvují školení dle svých potřeb zjištěných analýzou. U odborných školení se jedná zejména o interní odborná zdravotnická školení a sanitářské kurzy pro zvýšení kvalifikace zaměstnanců. Řídící pracovníci absolvují manažerská školení pro zvýšení pracovních kompetencí. (Czech)

The project focuses mainly on the education of medical staff in the hospital, but the project also includes management and administrative staff who undergo training according to their needs identified by analysis. Professional training is mainly concerned with internal professional medical training and sanitation courses to increase the qualifications of employees. Managerial staff will receive managerial training to increase work competences. (English)
