Advantech B+B SmartWorx a jeho partneři Conel Automation a Smart-Con jsou firmy rodinného typu vzniklé rozštěpením spol. Conel. Advantech je česká firma unikátní díky vývoji routerů a modemů pro bezdrátové připojení. V minulosti skupinu kontroloval americký majitel, ten současný je z Tchajwanu. Cílem projektu je vyškolit 83 zaměstnanců/kyň skupiny v dovednostech: Měkkých a manažerských, Obecných IT, Specializovaných IT, Účetních, právnických, ekonom., Technických a příp. v jejich kombinacích.
