Cílem projektu je prohloubení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Global Business s.r.o., díky čemuž firma zvládne uspokojit neustále se zvyšující požadavky zákazníků a posílit svoji konkurenceschopnost. Účelem vzdělávání je také dosáhnout vyššího stupně pružnosti firmy. Vzdělávacích aktivit, které budou realizovány externími dodavateli či interními lektory, se zúčastní celkem 32 vybraných zaměstnanců. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to deepen the knowledge and skills of employees of Global Business s.r.o., thanks to which the company is able to meet the ever-increasing customer requirements and strengthen its competitiveness. The purpose of education is also to achieve a higher degree of flexibility of the company. A total of 32 selected employees will participate in educational activities that will be implemented by external suppliers or internal tutors. (English)
