Záměrem žadatele je výstavba školního statku Soukromé střední školy zemědělské v areálu bývalé hájenky u obce Pozďatín. Statek bude tvořen částí živočišnou (stáj pro ovce a koně) a částí rostlinnou (fóliovník) a bude společně se skladem steliv, krmiva a zemědělské techniky tvořit jeden ucelený vzdělávací prostor-odbornou učebnu. Součástí jsou i související stavby inženýrských sítí, vsakovacích prvků, zeleň a obslužná komunikace. Statek bude také splňovat požadavky na konektivitu. (Czech)

The applicant’s intention is to build a school farmhouse Private secondary school of agriculture on the grounds of the former garden near the village of Pozďatín. The farm will consist of a part of the animal (evine and horse age) and plant parts (foil tree) and will form a single comprehensive educational space-a professional classroom together with the storage of steves, feed and agricultural techniques. There are also related constructions of civil engineering networks, intake elements, greenery and service communication. The farm will also meet the connectivity requirements. (English)
