Projekt je určen osobám se zdr. postižením a osobám starším padesáti let se zdr. problémy , které jsou evidovány jako uchazeči o zaměstnání na Kontaktních pracovištích ÚP ČR ve ZK. Cílem je zlepšit postavení těchto osob na trhu práce a posílit tak jejich postavení a uplatnění ve společnosti. Projekt dále směřuje ke zvyšování kvalifikace účastníků, a to prostřednictvím motivačních, poradenských a rekvalifikačních aktivit, za účelem rozvoje jejich potenciálu a zapojení se do pracovního procesu.
