Projekt je zaměřen na řešení nezaměstnanosti specifické věkové skupiny mladých osob do 29 let věku a navazuje na úspěšný projekt Odborné praxe pro mladé do 30 let v Kraji Vysočina. Cílová skupina je typická zejména nedostatkem pracovních zkušeností a mnohdy i špatnou orientací na trhu práce, proto je pro tuto skupinu připraven Kurz trhu práce, v případě potřeby bilanční diagnostika, individuální poradenství a po nalezení vhodného zaměstnavatele i odborná praxe formou SÚPM na max. na 12 měsíců.
