Projekt vychází ze zpracovaného Genderového auditu dle Standartu Úřadu vlády ČR. Cílem je snížit genderové rozdíly na pracovišti s cílem zefektivnění pracovních procesů a jejich implementace do praxe. Genderová korektnost bude díky projektu nastavena v a administrativní sféře, firemní kultuře, bude inovováno pracovní prostředí (lepší podmínky pro rovnost na pracovních pozicích), podpůrný rozvojový vzdělávací systém, transparentní benefitní systém a budou zavedeny nové flexibilní formy práce.
