Uceleným vzdělávacím programem podpoříme 132 žen s dětmi do 15 let v jejich lepším uplatnění na trhu práce, které spočívá ve zvýšené schopnosti zastávat manažersky náročnější a více technicky orientované pracovní pozice nebo role v pracovních týmech v oborech Vývojář webu a multimédií a Online marketing. V těchto oborech je zároveň vyšší možnost uplatnit flexibilní formy práce. Napomůžeme snížení rizika pay gap u těchto žen a zároveň zvýšíme jejich schopnost skloubit práci s péčí o rodinu. (Czech)

In these fields there is also a higher possibility to apply flexible forms of work. We will help reduce the risk of pay gaps for these women while increasing their ability to reconcile work with family care. (English)
