    Projekt je zaměřen na rozšíření a zvýšení úrovně znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti NETEX ve vybraných oblastech Technického, Manažerského vzdělávání a ve vzdělávání zaměřeného na účetní témata. Cílem projektu je zvýšení úrovně kompetencí zaměstnanců v těchto oblastech se zvláštním zaměřením na zaměstnance 54+ s dodržením principů nediskriminace a rovnosti žen a mužů. Díky realizaci projektu dojde k souladu kompetencí zaměstnanců s požadavky na jejich vykonávanou práci. (Czech)
