Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení odborných znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Nekton-Vrňata s r.o. zaměřených zejména na prohloubení, rozšíření, zvýšení a udržení kvalifikace, a tím dosažení zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. Projekt je svým širokým záběrem do několika oblastí orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability.
