Společnost LENA NÁBYTEK s.r.o. je organizací, která si uvědomuje význam zaměstnanců jako klíčového faktoru úspěšnosti. Vedení společnosti si stanovilo za cíl takové odborné školení zaměstnanců, aby se mohli úspěšně adaptovat na nově vznikající potřeby trhu. Hlavním přínosem projektu je dosažení vyššího stupně pružnosti firmy. Do projektu se zapojí 46 osob. Většina aktivit bude realizována pomocí externích dodavatelů a zkušených interních lektorů. Školení bude probíhat formou uzavřených kurzů. (Czech)
