V optice "dovnitř" projekt rozvíjí fungující genderová opatření, zlepšuje podmínky pro work-life balance a vyrovnává šance na kariérní růst. V optice "ven" posiluje roli města Jilemnice jako trendsettera v oblasti gender mainstreamingu.Oslabuje zažité stereotypy na téma genderu v kontextu veřejné správy, ozvučuje význam CSR a oslabuje nerovnosti v postavení žen a mužů.
