Studenty posledních ročníků středních a vysokých škol a absolventy připravuje na vstup na trh práce pro potřeby místních zaměstnavatelů prostřednictvím řady aktivit jako jsou motivační workshopy, krátkodobá praktika a stáže u zaměstnavatelů, odborné kurzy, veletrhy pracovních příležitostí a náborové dny na školách. Absolventům škol pomůže najít uplatnění na trhu práce v Karlovarském kraji. (Czech)
