Projekt je zaměřen na skupinu osob sociálně vyloučených a exkluzí ohrožených. Hlavním cílem projektu je podpořit opětovný návrat těchto osob na otevřený trh práce. Projekt je založen na obnově režimových návyků a nácviku pracovních dovedností, které jsou spojeny s obnovením sociálních kontaktů a vazeb. Důraz je kladen na pravidelnost, režimové momenty, motivační prvky a individuální přístup. Po měsíční přípravě bude absolventům poradenství či motivačního programu nabídnuto dočasné zaměstnání.
