Projekt je zacílen na zvýšení míry zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti uchazečů o zaměstnání dlouhodobě evidovaných na ÚP ČR.Klíčovým problémem, který projekt řeší, je dlouhodobá nezaměstnanost. Cílovou skupinu projektu [CS] determinuje doba v evidenci na ÚP ČR, která je různými osobami vnímána s rozdílnou citlivostí a zhoršuje pozici těchto osob v rovině zaměstnatelnosti.Sekundárními problémy CS jsou postupné oslabování pracovních a režimových návyků, ztráta motivace a zdravotní problémy.
