Projekt je zaměřen na podporu uchazečů o zaměstnání ze Zlínského kraje evidovaných na úřadu práce déle než 5 měsíců a zároveň ve věku 55 a více let. Tato skupina patří mezi ohrožené skupiny na trhu práce ve ZLK, její podíl na celkové nezaměstnanosti je 20%. Do projektu bude zapojeno 48 osob. Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšit zaměstnatelnost a zaměstnanost této cílové skupiny souborem vzdělávacích, pracovně-poradenských aktivit a zprostředkováním zaměstnání pro více než 50% účastníků projektu.
