Projekt řeší problém nerovnosti mužů a žen na trhu práce, sladění rodinného a pracovního života a možného rychlého návratu do práce rodičů malých dětí (do 4 let věku) z obce Habřina v Královéhradeckém kraji provozem obecních mikrojeslí pro 4 děti. Součástí projektu je také spolupráce na pilotním projektu ověření konceptu mikrojeslí, který realizuje MPSV ČR.
