Projekt se zaměřuje na cílovou skupinu osob, která má na území daného regionu nevýhodnou a nerovnou pozici na trhu práce, neboť její členové jsou dlouhodobě nezaměstnanými osobami a patří tak k sociálně vyloučeným či skupinám ohroženým sociálním vyloučením.Hlavním cílem projektu je systémová odborná a poradenská podpora cílové skupině při návratu na otevřený trh práce a tím i do normálního života.Projekt bude realizován celkem v sedmi bězích, do kterých vstoupí minimálně 80 osob.
