Projekt vychází z potřeb CS zjištěných v průběhu analýzy CS a situace na trhu práce v regionu. Máme již zformovanou skupinu zájemců o účast v projektu, disponujeme několika zaměstnavateli se zájmem o spolupráci. Cílem projektu je zajištění komplexních, vzájemně navazujících poradenských, vzdělávacích a asistenčních programů pro CS dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob v regionu Ústeckého kraje za účelem zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a usnadnění vstupu na trh práce, vč. podpory seberealizace jako OSVČ.
