Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy, současné nevyhovující ubytovny a její přeměna na bytový dům se sociálními byty, objektu s číslem popisným 638 na ulici Opavská v Bílovci, čímž dojde k zajištění dlouhodobého, kvalitního a nesegregovaného bydlení pro osoby v bytové nouzi.
