Předmětem projektu je rekonstrukce stávajícího objektu a přístavby na ul. Mostecká 10, Brno-sever tak, aby zde mohla být poskytována pobytová sociální služba domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Cílovou skupinou jsou osoby z Brna i okolí se sníženou soběstačností z důvodu chronického duševního onemocnění nebo závislosti na návykových látkách (kombinace sociálních a zdravotních diagnóz), mnohdy bez domova, jejichž situace vyžaduje pravidelnou pomoc jiné fyzické osoby. a.
