    Cílem projektu Mobility 3.0 je realizace 45 příjezdových a výjezdových mobilit juniorních a seniorních výzkumných pracovníků,které představují účinný nástroj pro rozvoj výzkumu a vývoje na ZČU. Vedle 28 příjezdových mobilit, pro které má ZČU vybudovanou špičkovou infrastrukturu (výzkumná centra, evropské centrum excelence), projekt rovněž zprostředkuje realizaci dlouhodobějších pobytů zaměstnanců ZČU na předních zahraničních institucích a umožní účastníkům intenzívní kontakt s jejich pracovníky.
