Projekt je zaměřen na mentoring v polytech.výchově (PV) a EVVO na MŠ a přír. gramotnosti (PřG) na ZŠ. Cílem je sdílení a předávání ověřených postupů mezi pedagogy.V MŠ se mentoring zaměří na didaktiku PV v souladu s EVVO - bude vytvořena a pilotně ověřena metodika, na ZŠ zejména na ped.kompetence v organizaci BOV v zahradě i terénu a projektového vyučování.Rizikem je neochota pedagogů skutečně mentorovat, proto budou vybráni při pohovorech a podporováni konzultanty po celou dobu projektu.
