The project aims at clarifying the mechanisms by which the plants respond to the environmental effects of the external environment, including both abiotic and abiotic stresses and combinations thereof. Cílem projektu je rozšíření výzkumné kapacity žadatele a 2 partnerů v oblasti experimentální biologie rostlin. Náplní projektu je objasnit mechanismy, jimiž rostliny reagují na vlivy vnějšího prostředí, zahrnující jak abiotické, tak biotické stresy a jejich kombinace. Šíře přístupů (od buněčné úrovně až po vývoj plodů) a metodik (transkriptomika, proteomika, hormonomika, těkavé látky) umožní získat komplexní obraz dynamické odezvy rostlin na vnější prostředí. a.
