Cílem je rozvinout místní síť škol a dalších partnerů včetně rodičů a prohloubit jejich spolupráci při zvyšování kvality vzdělávání, zvýšit inkluzivitu prostředí škol a vzdělávacích politik obcí, a řešit systematicky a koordinovaně specifické problémy vymezeného území. Prostředkem bude vzájemné informování, předávání zkušeností, přenos příkladů dobré praxe mezi zapojenými partnery i odjinud z ČR, vzdělávání zapojených partnerů, a plánování konkrétních opatření a nástrojů nejen na školách.
