Projekt navazuje na stávající aktivity v oblasti inkluzivního vzdělávání na území města Chomutov v soulad u s Místním plánem inkluze. V provozu zůstanou 2 předškolní kluby v sídlíštních lokalitách Kamenná a Písečná. Současně bude poskytována služba Podpory vzdělávání v rodinách a Kariérové poradenství, které se zaměřují na dosahování školního úspěchu u žáků ze znevýhodněného prostředí a na snížení rizika předčasného odchodu žáků ze vzdělání a to na školách hlavního vzdělávacího proudu.
