Cílem projektu je vybudování lokální infrastruktury pro poskytování ambulantních a terénních komunitních sociálních služeb, jejichž synergickým působením bude docházet ke snižování počtu osob ohrožených sociálním vyloučením nebo závislých na službách institucionalizované péče. Smyslem a cílem podpořených služeb je začleňování uživatelů do běžné společnosti a podpora využívání dalších zdrojů v běžné komunitě, získávání kompetencí pro samostatné vedení domácnosti, nastartování pracovní kariéry. a.
