Projekt je zaměřen na zabezpečení sociálních služeb osobám se zdravotním postižením, duševním onemocněním a osobám s lehkým a středním mentálním postižením v jejich přirozeném prostředí. Cílem projektu je zajistit dostupnost a snadnější přístup k sociálním službám pro cílovou skupinu, která se nemůže účastnit aktivit ambulantně.
