Cílem projektu je navýšit nedostatečnou kapacitu zařízení péče o děti od 3 let na území Městského obvodu Liberec - Vratislavice nad Nisou a tím podpořit zaměstnanost rodičů. Předmětem projektu je vybudování nového objektu, ve kterém bude provozována mateřská škola (provozovatel bude již nyní fungující MŠ Lísteček) s kapacitou 50 nových míst pro děti předškolního věku 3-6 (7) let), stejně tak pro výchovu a vzdělávání dětí ve věku do 3 let.
