Předmětem projektu je nákup nemovitostí (stavby a pozemku) a kompletní revitalizace objektu řadového pětipodlažního bytového domu pro účely potřeb sociálního bydlení. Navrženými úpravami dojde ke zkapacitnění objektu ze stávajících 6 na 8 bytových jednotek. Jako součást rekonstrukce objektu je navržena přístavba osobního výtahu, revitalizace zpevněných ploch a oplocení řešeného pozemku.
