Předmětem projektu je zrekonstruovat bývalou vojenskou jídelnu na pět zcela nových sociálních bytů (čtyři byty 1+kk a jeden byt 2+kk), které budou určeny pro osoby v bytové nouzi. Díky projektu získá cílová skupina šanci vrátit se do společnosti a běžného života.
